San Diego FitCamp™ combines the expertise and benefits of 1-on-1 personal fitness training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you.  Participants will lose 5-10 pounds of fat per each 4-week session!

Don't be fooled by imitators...we've been running our San Diego FitCamps™ since 2000.  We have the experience of working with literally hundreds of FitCamp participants over the past 8 years!

Our Functional Interval Training™ programs are for people who are serious about getting fit in record time.  We do fitness the old-fashioned way—with sit-ups, push-ups, stretching, medicine balls, obstacles, running (or walking if you can’t run) for lasting REAL RESULTS!!!

By combining functional exercises (body-weight & medicine-ball training) with bouts of cardio (walking, jogging, sprinting and stairs, calisthenics) intervals, we train you like an athlete even if you have no athletic skill or coordination.  The idea is to train as effectively and efficiently as possible to maximize your fitness results.  No matter what your fitness level or age; everyone can do these workouts...
