San Diego FitCamp™ is the Original Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp and we have the experience of working with close to a thousand of FitCamp participants over the past 9 years. 

Our Functional Interval Training™ programs are for people who are serious about getting fit in record time.  We do fitness the old-fashioned way—with sit-ups, push-ups, stretching, medicine balls, obstacles, running (or walking if you can’t run) for lasting REAL RESULTS!!!

Our San Diego FitCamp™ programs are our exclusive Functional Interval Training workouts designed for both women & men of all fitness levels and abilities.  Our workouts are unlike any training program you've ever participated in; either in the gym or in an outdoor setting.  Get in shape with our group FitCamps and you'll experience fitness on a whole new level.

San Diego FitCamp™ combines the expertise and benefits of 1-on-1 personal fitness training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you.  Participants will lose 5-10 pounds of fat per each 4-week session!
