At San Diego FitCamp
we combine
functional exercises, resistance & TRX suspension training, calisthenics and plyometrics with bouts of cardio intervals (walking, jogging,
sprinting, hills and stairs) to
train you like
coaches train
athletes. Workout at your own pace and discover a fun & challenging
program that will maximize your fitness results. Each FitCamp Session lasts 4 weeks, 60 minutes per class,
2-3 days per week.
Functional exercises simultaneously use
multiple muscles and joints to improve muscular endurance, overall
strength, coordination, balance, posture and agility – to get a
challenging, effective and fun full-body workout as well as prepare
the body for everyday, real world activities.
