Our Functional Interval Training™ programs are

We do fitness the old-fashioned way—with sit-ups, push-ups,
stretching, medicine balls, obstacles, running (or walking if
you can’t run) for lasting
REAL RESULTS!!!
By combining
functional exercises (body-weight & medicine-ball training) with
bouts of cardio (walking, jogging, sprinting and stairs,
calisthenics) intervals, we train you like an athlete even if you
have no athletic skill or coordination. The idea is to train
as effectively and efficiently as possible to maximize your fitness
